By accessing and using Recetas Mexas (recetasmexas.com) you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

3. Description of Services

Recetas Mexas offers:

  • Access to Mexican cuisine recipes adapted for the United Kingdom
  • Shop locator for Mexican ingredients
  • Portion calculator and shopping list
  • Ingredient kits through partner shops

4. Registration and Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to register
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • Registration information must be truthful and up to date
  • An account is personal and non-transferable

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the contracted period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • No refunds are provided for partial periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with third parties
  • Copy or redistribute premium content without authorisation
  • Use automated systems to extract content (scraping)
  • Interfere with the functioning of the website

7. Conditions for Affiliated Shops

  • Affiliated shops agree to provide accurate information about their products
  • Prices and availability shown are the responsibility of each shop
  • Recetas Mexas reserves the right to remove shops that do not comply with these terms
  • Affiliation fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable

8. Limitation of Liability

Recipes are provided for guidance only. Recetas Mexas shall not be held liable for allergies, intolerances or outcomes arising from the preparation of recipes. Ingredient prices are approximate and may vary. Always check product labels.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email and/or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service following notification implies acceptance of the updated terms.
