Güero Chilli

Güero chilli is a pale yellow or light green fresh chilli with moderate heat and a fruity flavour. It is used in chicken broths, in sauces for Swiss-style enchiladas, and as a blistered chilli at northern Mexican taquerias. Its name means 'fair-haired' in reference to its pale colour, similar to a banana pepper.
