Orange Liqueur

A sweet liqueur made from orange peel, essential in Mexican mixology and baking. The indispensable ingredient in the classic margarita, Christmas ponche, and citrus cakes. Mexico's own Controy is the national triple sec, with a more intense flavour than Cointreau. Adds citrus sweetness to cocktails and desserts.
