Prepare the homemade sangrita: mix tomato juice, orange juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, chopped serrano chilli and salt. Leave to rest for 10 minutes for the flavours to blend.

💡 The authentic Jalisco sangrita contains orange juice, not tomato - but both versions are valid.

Pour the fresh lime juice into the first shot glass (green).

Pour the quality blanco tequila into the second shot glass (white).

💡 Use a 100% agave tequila, not a mixto, for an authentic experience.
