Bristol spreads its eating out across distinct pockets rather than one restaurant strip, and Mexican food in the city follows the same pattern. Las Iguanas Bristol

Old Market

Chido Wey

At 25B Central Hall, Old Market Street, Bristol BS2 0HB, east of the center. The kitchen describes itself as Cali-Mexican, fusing San Francisco Mission District street food with Oaxacan flavors, and lists burritos, tacos and botanas alongside a cocktail bar. Mid-range band.

Redland and Whiteladies Road

North-west of the center, the run of shops and restaurants along Whiteladies Road and up into Redland holds two of the longer-standing entries in this pack.

Casa Mexicana

At 29-31 Zetland Road, Redland, Bristol BS6 7AH. Tortilla Bath

At 2 Cheap Street, Bath BA1 1NE, which the listing places steps from Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths.
