Jalapeño Chilli

Jalapeño is the most internationally recognised Mexican fresh chilli, with moderate heat and a clean vegetal flavour. In Mexico it is used in homemade salsas, pickles, stuffed chilli dishes, and blistered alongside tacos. When smoked and dried it becomes chipotle, taking on a completely different, deeper flavour.
